If you have a need for expedience, care, special arrangements and considerations, we will do everything possible to meet your needs. Our rates for commission are on a sliding scale. 50% for house hold boxlot items and less for more valuable items. Our avarage rate is 15 to 30% We can use a sliding scale or flat rate. we can share advertising and other costs or build them into your package. You tell us and we will make it work.
